DZL-series new water-fire tube shell boiler

Performances:

1. Efficient heat transfer component-threaded smoke tube is adopted, after being coupled with reasonsble flow rate of flue gas, there can be hardly any dust stratification during running, thus making thermal efficiency of boilers 6-8 percent high than national standard.

2. Arched tube plate- threaded smoke tube turns the shell from quasi-elastic body, after being coupled with reasonable winged flue, defects of high temperature tube plate cracking of traditional smoke and fire tubes can be fully avoided.

3.Bottom of the shell is free from flame radiation, so the possibility of bulge at the bottom of shell is eradicated.

4.Reasonable water circulation loop and unique backwater injection device incresase the water speed in ascending tube and avoid explosion of water wall tube.

5.Adoption of inertial isolation of smoke and dust within furnace, after being coupled with effective multi-tube dust separator, dust emission concentration of boiler can meet demands of Class 1 region.

6.Reasonable boiler structure can support its own weight without the aid of steel frame.

7.The use of energy-conserving and intensely radiating arch can strengthen the combustion; strong adaptability of coal types can ensure the stable and sufficient combustion of fuels.

8.The adoption of high-standard and high-quality auxiliaries, accessories and automatic control equipment guarantees safety and steady operation of the boiler and reduces labor intensity of firemen.

9.The structure is compact, the boiler can be fixed up in single layer, and the floor area is small, so construction cost of boiler room is low, and the capacity-enlarging effect on the basis of original boiler room is especially obvious.
